Hatha yoga, vinyasa flow to music (incorporating qigong/tai chi based movements and some balancing), followed by yin yoga stretching and relaxation. . Guided, recorded meditation 15 mins prior to start of the class (optional)….for strength, stretching, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, relaxation..being with community.
