Happy Mountain Flow
BEGINNERS WELCOME – ALL AGES
Yoga-based, choreographed to uplifting music, incorporates elements of tai chi, pilates and qigong. All ages, and Beginners welcome.
Please note that 15 minutes prior to each class is a recorded, guided meditation. This is optional.
Class duration: 75 minutes.
One On One Meditation
$20/ 30 mins
Meditation is a way of coming home to our true selves, quietening our busy minds and connecting in with a peace that we often search for outside of ourselves. When we are present we are not thinking about the past or worrying about the future and we become more accepting of what is happening in each moment.
This is for anyone who is interested in learning about meditation but isn’t sure how to start, or who has questions or would just like to talk about it.
Yin Yoga
BEGINNERS WELCOME – ALL AGES
A series of long-held passive floor poses incorporating the principals of Chinese Medicine, to access the deep connective tissues/fascia. Poses can be held for up to five minutes.
Stillness of body and mind. Blankets, bolsters and blocks used for support.
Class duration: 75 minutes.

QYM
BEGINNERS WECOME-ALL AGES
20 mins Qigong (Animal qigong, 5 elements, 8 trigram organ qigong)…Ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique involving meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises.
20 mins Yin Yoga (see above)
20 mins Meditation (seated or lying)..a lovely way to complete this class, after flowing moving meditation and the deep letting go of yin..sitting in stillness. Some guidance. A beautiful quiet space together
