Catering for beginners to more advanced yogis of all ages, you’ll find a class to suit you.

Beginners’ Yoga (Geraldine)
BEGINNER LEVEL – ALL AGES
A warm and gentle gathering for absolute beginners.
An introduction to meditation, breathwork, body awareness, postures, and relaxation.
Class duration: 60 minutes.
Happy Mountain Flow (Geraldine)
BEGINNERS WELCOME – ALL AGES
Yoga-based, choreographed to uplifting music, incorporates elements of tai chi, pilates and qigong. All ages, and Beginners welcome.
Please note that 15 minutes prior to each class is a recorded, guided meditation. This is optional.
Class duration: 75 minutes.

Yin Yoga (Geraldine)
BEGINNERS WELCOME – ALL AGES
A series of long-held passive floor poses incorporating the principals of Chinese Medicine, to access the deep connective tissues/fascia. Poses can be held for up to five minutes.
Stillness of body and mind. Blankets, bolsters and blocks used for support.
Class duration: 75 minutes.
Yoga for Adults (Rick)
BEGINNERS WELCOME-ALL AGES
Aimed at the 30+ age group. A focus on core strength and slower movement focusing on alignment and breathing and balancing, and often using props such as straps, blocks and blankets to help as arm and floor extensions. Rests in between postures. You’ll still get a sweat-up.
Class duration: 75 minutes.
Lunar Flow (Jennifer )
BEGINNERS WELCOME-ALL AGES
Meditation, breathwork, flowing Vinyasa, then settling in to Yin-style yoga. Finishes with Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
Class duration: 60 minutes.
One On One Meditation (Geraldine)
15 minutes – $15
Meditation is a way of coming home to our true selves, quietening our busy minds and connecting in with a peace that we often search for outside of ourselves. When we are present we are not thinking about the past or worrying about the future and we become more accepting of what is happening in each moment.
This is for anyone who is interested in learning about meditation but isn’t sure how to start, or who has questions or would just like to talk about it.
