Warm up:…Qigong (moving meditation co-ordinating slow flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm, meditative state of mind)
Pranayama (yogic breathing exercises, including strong and gentle practices)
Meditation..Sitting or lying in stillness..by simply observing what ‘is’ without judgement and with loving awareness. This is the goal! The more we can practice this, the more we bring it into our lives, not just while sitting.
