Yin & Pins merges the two ancient modalities of acupuncture and yoga. Both are vehicles that bring balance and harmony to the body. This session will bring relaxation that is equivalent to a mini holiday. It’s a time to let go, to relax and breath into the tightness and stresses you may have in your body.
The first half of the session will be yin yoga followed by acupuncture, this combination brings deep rest and restoration.
Balanced yin is essential in creating a calm nervous system, strong immunity, relaxed muscles, peaceful sleep, mental clarity and overall health and vitality.
